Chris Furey’s practice has focused on transactional work for a variety of energy and traditional real estate projects. He has experience working on transactions across all phases of energy projects, which includes traditional upstream and midstream, oil and gas development, mineral issues, natural gas power plants, as well as the development and financing of renewable projects. Chris has successfully assisted developers, lenders, and tax equity investors navigate the financing process for renewable projects.

Chris’ practice also focuses on transactional work in the commercial, residential, and industrial real estate areas. Chris has negotiated, documented, and closed various real estate deals across the region, and assisted clients with other land use documents, including easements and leases. He has experience in all geographic areas of the state working through and resolving title and survey issues faced by clients. Chris’ clients include both private and public entities, including various Ohio school districts and municipalities, with projects in these fields.
