$1B project would bring housing, commercial space to Obetz

A “sprawling $1 billion mixed-use development” called Buckstone is planned for “about 800 acres at the corner of Lockbourne and Rathmell roads” in Obetz, bringing housing and amenities to the city, NBC4i.com reports. The project will include single-family homes, townhomes, apartments, commercial space and “public parks, pools and waterfront access,” according to the article.
