Creditors' Rights Attorney
Bricker Graydon is currently seeking an experienced attorney to join its Creditors’ Rights & Bankruptcy Team. The ideal candidate will have at least 5 years’ experience assisting financial institutions through all aspects of commercial loan defaults, as well as the associated loan restructuring and litigation experience that comes from such representation.
Education (K-12) Attorney
Bricker Graydon is currently seeking an attorney to join its K-12 Education Law Team to serve its clients in Northeast Ohio. Candidates with at least 2 years’ experience providing creative solutions and practical advice, and counsel to public law entities are strongly encouraged to apply. Education law and/or management-side arbitration and collective bargaining experience will be viewed with favor.
Immigration Attorney
Bricker Graydon is currently seeking an experienced immigration attorney to join its Labor & Employment Team. Candidates with at least 6 years’ experience advising employers sponsoring foreign national workers in a wide range of sectors, to include financial institutions, healthcare systems, and universities. The preferred candidate will have experience navigating Department of Labor regulations, including non-immigrant (H-1B, L-1, TN, and E) and immigrant (EB-1, EB-2, and EB-3) visa programs. The ideal candidate will possess portable clients and the desire to work closely with our attorneys to develop and grow our Immigration Team.
Tax Attorney
Bricker Graydon is currently seeking a Tax Attorney to join its growing Business Industry Group in Cincinnati, Ohio, to work with our team of experienced tax professionals. The ideal candidate will have 3+ years of private practice tax experience in corporate and partnership taxation, business structuring and formation (choice of entity), mergers and acquisitions, and tax-exempt organizations. Experience in handling civil tax controversy matters and Tax Court trial experience is a plus. Although not required, an LL.M. in Taxation is preferred.
Trust & Estate Attorney
Bricker Graydon is currently seeking an attorney to join its growing Trust & Estate team to serve clients in the Cincinnati market. The ideal candidate will have 2+ years’ experience in advising clients on estate planning matters, including drafting wills, trusts, powers of attorney, living wills and ancillary documents.
