Bricker Graydon is currently seeking a Corporate Tax Attorney to join its growing Business Industry Group to work with our team of experienced tax professionals. The ideal candidate will have 5+ years’ of tax experience in corporate and partnership taxation, business structuring and formation (choice of entity), and mergers and acquisitions. Experience handling civil tax controversy-related matters is a plus. LL.M. in Taxation preferred.
Senior Securities Attorney
Bricker Graydon is currently seeking a Senior Securities Attorney to join its growing Business Industry Group. The ideal candidate will have 10+ years’ experience in broad based, sophisticated securities expertise, including strong working knowledge of the 1933 Act and the 1934 Act, the rules and regulations thereunder and blue sky laws. Candidates should be experienced in leading public and private securities offerings, well versed in the review and preparation of 1934 Act periodic reports and proxy statements, and have the ability to advise clients and non-securities lawyers on a wide variety of securities law issues; and will be expected to support the team on mergers and acquisitions and general corporate matters.
Trust & Estates Attorney
Bricker Graydon is currently seeking an experienced Trust & Estate Attorney to join its Business Industry Group. The ideal candidate will have 10+ years’ experience in advising clients on complex estate planning matters, including advanced trust planning, wealth preservation strategies, gift and estate tax strategies, estate and trust administration, revocable and irrevocable trusts, irrevocable life insurance trusts, charitable remainder and lead trusts, grantor retained annuity trusts, fiduciary income taxation, and closely held business ownership succession planning and taxation.
