To achieve certification, we must consider at least 30% diverse candidates for leadership roles, partner promotions, and senior lateral hiring. The certification serves as a testament to our focus on expanding diverse representation within our firm.

It focuses on increasing and sustaining diversity in leadership by considering women lawyers, LGBTQ+ lawyers, lawyers with disabilities, and underrepresented racial and ethnic lawyers for senior lateral attorney positions, firm governance roles, equity partner promotions, and leadership positions.

To achieve Mansfield 7.0 Certification Plus, Bricker Graydon collaborated with the Diversity Lab over a 12-month Certification period. This collaboration was marked by built-in measurement, transparency, and accountability mechanisms.
