Breakfast with Bricker: A Back-to-School Special Education Workshop

Please join us for an interactive and informative workshop covering special education issues of critical importance. This workshop is designed for administrators and district personnel with responsibility for ensuring compliance with Section 504 of the Rehabilitation Act and the IDEA.

During this workshop, we will:

• Address the most common Section 504 questions;
• Prepare those serving as district representatives in IEP meetings; and
• Review the important legal requirements when considering disciplining students with disabilities.

These areas can be complex, challenging and difficult to administer. Come learn the important dos and don’ts and help us work to ensure that these issues stay in the schoolhouse and out of the courthouse.
