Join the CDFA Ohio Financing Roundtable, in partnership with OEDA, for the ninth annual conference on September 7, 2017. This event will feature a number of economic development finance experts from around the state discussing development finance tools, authorities, resources and approaches, and how these can affect the Ohio economy going forward.
Together with Martin Russell, Executive Director, Warren County Port Authority, and Paul Toth, President & CEO, Toledo-Lucas County Port Authority, Bricker attorney Caleb Bell will present, "When a Deal Goes Bad," which will examine how to pursue remedies and minimize losses when a deal falls apart.
