This one-day conference will cover bonds, TIF, tax credits and energy, redevelopment and small business finance.

Wednesday, September 26 - PACENation Ohio Regional Conference
This conference brings together regional PACE experts to network and learn with all levels of PACE financing.

• Bricker attorney Caleb Bell will moderate "PACE 101," a session providing a high-level introduction to how PACE works, why it is appealing to property owners and the basic steps necessary to implement it.
• Bricker attorney Colin Kalvas will present "C-PACE Deep Dive," examining how C-PACE can be used in conjunction with other financial resources, including tax credits and/or historic building preservation incentives.
