CDFA - Ohio Workshop: Implementing Downtown Redevelopment Districts

By popular demand! Following a webinar that CDFA and OEDA hosted earlier this year, this special workshop will look at Downtown Redevelopment Districts and how this new opportunity in Ohio could help provide financing to rehabilitate historic buildings, promote economic development, and advance innovation. Funds can be utilized for loans and grants to owners of historic and non-historic properties, contributions to special improvement districts or CICs, public infrastructure improvements, and grants and loans to technology oriented businesses, incubators and accelerators located in innovation districts.
