Construction Webinar Series: CARES Act Funding of Construction Improvements

This webinar is part of the 13th Annual Selecting Project Delivery Methods & Bidding Public Construction Contracts Webinar Series.

During 2020, in response to the COVID-19 pandemic, the Federal government made funding available to public entities through the CARES Act to improve the air quality in their buildings. The Federal government has approved a second round of funding for these improvements under the Coronavirus Response and Relief Supplemental Appropriations (CRRSA) Act. Bricker attorneys Chris McCloskey and Sean Lehman will discuss the types of projects that are eligible for this funding, how Ohio public entities may qualify for these funds, and the procurement processes required.

This course has been approved by the Supreme Court of Ohio Commission of Continuing Legal Education for 1.0 CLE credit hour. Additionally, 1.0 hour of Ohio Engineering CPD credit and EPA contact hours will be available upon request.
