Join us for the biannual Energy Exchange event, featuring keynote speaker Robin Rorick, the American Petroleum Institute's Group Director of Midstream and Industry Operations. Robin will discuss the oil and gas industry’s midstream sector, providing a national perspective and highlighting Ohio’s role in the industry.
In addition to Robin's keynote address, Bricker attorney Dylan Borchers will discuss the FirstEnergy and AEP power purchase agreement (PPA) decisions scheduled for release by the Public Utilities Commission of Ohio at its March 31st meeting. The PPA cases have garnered national attention, and the decisions will have a significant impact upon utilities, energy users, and utility lawyers. Following Dylan, Bricker attorney Kara Herrnstein will discuss eminent domain related issues impacting pipeline development in Ohio.
