Education Law Update

• Dave Lampe and Kate Davis will present a legal update on issues affecting schools, including the collective bargaining implications of the transition from days to hours, new STRS/SERS guidance, recent anti-discrimination cases and more.

Construction Law Update

• Mark Evans and Ben Hyden will discuss the new construction project delivery models available to school districts. Mark and Ben will provide a comparison of the general contracting, construction manager at-risk and design-build delivery models and a description of the statutory selection process for each.

Public Finance Update

• Matt Stout and Katie Johnson will discuss voted and unvoted financing options available to school districts.
