Legal Issues and Student Affairs Drive-In Conference

The Ohio College Personnel Association in conjunction with John Carroll University and Bricker & Eckler will host a drive-in conference regarding legal issues and student affairs. Presentations will include legal updates on immigration issues, club sports and concussions, and Title IX regulations and their impact on campus policies, as well as litigation updates on various student issues. Presenters include Bricker attorneys Josh Nolan, Erin Butcher and Jessica Galanos. They will be joined by Kenneth Danton, Assistant General Counsel at John Carroll University; Michael Pfahl, Associate Counsel at Kent State University; and Amanda Quan, Of Counsel at Ogletree Deakins.

This program has been submitted to the Supreme Court of Ohio Commission on Continuing Legal Education for 3.0 total CLE hours of instruction. Approval is pending.
