Join us for an exciting new format of learning about competitive bidding. This program will blend a traditional morning session of instruction with an interactive afternoon session working in groups to experience the competitive bidding process. Each workgroup will have the opportunity to experience the public competitive bidding process through mock bidding, with immediate feedback from the speakers and through questions and answers from the entire class.
