The Energy Exchange

Seminar
 | 04:00 pm to 06:00 pm

Bricker & Eckler LLP

100 South Third Street

Columbus, OH 43215

Join us for the biannual Energy Exchange event where we'll look at the recent developments of the PUCO's grid modernization initiative and what it means for Ohio. At a recent meeting, the PUCO formally unveiled its grid modernization initiative, referred to as "PowerForward." The initiative is a recognition that technology is advancing rapidly in the electricity sector.

We will also discuss the keys to a successful microgrid, and explore the cost of outages that are borne by the electricity consumer. Microgrids have been defined in many ways, but energy storage and self-healing distribution automation are critical to providing maximum functionality.

Our speakers will include Bricker attorneys, the PUCO Chairman Asim Haque and Microgrid Application Director for S&C Electric, Don Dumich.

Energy companies, policy makers, regulators, business owners and investors are invited to learn and discuss these and other current industry issues at this educational and networking event.
