The 9th Annual Top Gun Construction Claims Seminar is just a month away! There have been many new developments in the construction industry recently, especially as they impact public owners in Ohio, as a result of HB 153 and construction reform legislation. We are excited to have Craig Weise, Program Director for the Ohio School Facilities Commission, who is responsible for leading the State of Ohio's efforts to develop administrative rules and contract documents for the three new project delivery methods that public owners in Ohio will soon be able to use for their construction projects, join us for the program. Craig will be part of the opening session explaining the changes enacted through the construction reform legislation. Other familiar guest speakers will join us again, and there will also be some new faces. But through it all, the goal is to provide information about the three alternate project delivery methods included in the construction reform legislation and how they will be implemented for State and other public construction projects. We hope you will join us on Thursday, November 17, 2011.

Tuition includes breakfast, lunch, breaks and all handout materials. 7.25 CLE and AIA credits have been approved for this program. Two or more from same organization should contact Amy Abbey (800.750.1525) for special pricing.
