On September 21st and 22nd, 2017, the University of Kentucky Center for Research On Violence against Women will host a national conference on addressing campus sexual violence. Bricker attorney Melissa Carleton will speak on “Confidentiality across the Spectrum in Sexual Misconduct Cases,” which will cover statutory and regulatory protections under FERPA and HIPAA, recent case law, and common sense considerations. The conference is appropriate for college and university administrators, faculty, researchers, Title IX Coordinators, and graduate/law students.
