Bricker & Eckler and Haley & Aldrich invite you to discuss the fundamentals of developing utility scale solar projects in Ohio, as well as recent developments impacting the permitting of these projects before the Ohio Power Siting Board (OPSB).

Bricker attorney Devin Parram will provide an overview of the OPSB certificate process, focusing on renewable projects in Ohio. Devin will also provide regulatory and legislative updates on 2020 rulemakings, specifically related to H.B. 246. 

Bricker attorney Christy Rideout Schirra will team up with Lynn Gresock, Principal Consultant with Haley & Aldrich, to discuss the environmental permitting implications for renewable projects in Ohio and the permitting process at the OPSB.
