Webinar on Health Care Reform: Overview of the Employer Shared Responsibility Provisions

Beginning in 2014, the "pay or play" provisions of the Affordable Care Act become effective. Under these provisions, applicable large employers may be required to pay assessable payments if they fail to offer their full-time employees health coverage or if they offer health coverage that is considered to be unaffordable.

During this webinar, our attorneys, Chris Poth and Peggy Baron will present employers with an overview of the assessable payments applicable to large employers and an overview of the criteria that determines whether or not an entity is considered a large employer.
