Level 2: Title IX Investigator Training (Higher Education Title IX Training Series)

Webinar
TUESDAY, 02.06.2024 - WEDNESDAY, 02.07.2024 | 2:00 - 5:00 PM ET

Bricker Graydon’s Higher Education Team is pleased to announce a Winter 2024 series of Title IX trainings, all available virtually via webinar. Please note that each training is split into two days. Attendees will need to attend both days to be fully compliant. NOTE: Training materials will be provided to attendees to post on their websites in compliance with the current Title IX Regulation Section 106.45(b)(10)(i)(D). While this training includes instruction on the grievance and appeal processes required by the current Title IX regulations, it is not institution-specific and does not include an individualized assessment of policies and procedures.

In conjunction with the Level 1 training course, the investigator training satisfies the training requirements of the current Title IX regulations for investigators and provides the tools and practice to gather relevant information and compile the investigation report.

Attendance at these trainings is limited to employees of higher education institutions and other individuals who provide services to those institutions. Individuals who are unaffiliated with an institution will not be permitted to attend without prior approval. Please contact marketing@brickergraydon.com for additional information or to edit an existing registration.

To register for other trainings in the series, please visit the Higher Education Title IX Resource Center.
