Now What? Title IX Refresher and Preview of the New (enjoined) 2024 Title IX Regulations | Bricker Graydon Face-to-Face Training with Miami County ESC & Midwest Regional ESC

Please join Bricker Graydon K-12 attorneys, Beverly Meyer and Kate Davis, for an all-day in-person Title IX Training. Hosted by the Miami County ESC and the Midwest Regional ESC, this face-to-case training will cover the following:

• General Title IX Refresher on sexual misconduct and the rights and responsibilities of administrators, teachers, coaches, and staff under Title IX
• Title IX Coordinator
• Grievance Procedure
• Informal Resolution
• Serving as Investigator or Decision Maker
• Report Writing for both Investigators and Decision Makers
• Preview of the 2024 regulations that have been enjoined

This training will be hosted at Upper Valley Career Center in Piqua, Ohio, and is designed specifically for K-12 Superintendents and other staff and administration looking to learn more about the entire Title IX process.
