Prerequisite Training:

This series consists of Level 2 Title IX Trainings, which are designed to complement the foundational information provided in our Level 1 Title IX Trainings. Please complete a foundational training program in Title IX (either through our Level 1 training or another competent provider) before attending any of the below Level 2 Title IX Trainings in this series.

Level 2 Title IX Coordinator Training

Dates: Tuesday, July 22, 2025 – Wednesday, July 23, 2025

Level 2 Title IX Decision-Maker Training

Navigating the complexities of Title IX hearings requires a solid understanding of the applicable regulations, procedures, and best practices. Our Summer 2025 training for Title IX Decision-Makers (aka Hearing Officers) offers a comprehensive curriculum designed to prepare you for the challenges of adjudicating cases. You'll learn how to manage hearings effectively, ensure due process, and make informed decisions based on evidence and policy. This live training via Zoom allows you to interact in real-time with experienced Title IX Decision-Makers/Hearing Officers about best practices, practical solutions to common hearing issues, and the reality of the Hearing Officer role.

Level 2 Title IX Informal Resolution Training

Dates: Tuesday, August 12, 2025 – Wednesday, August 13, 2025
Time: 2:00 - 5:00 PM ET (both days)

This session satisfies the training requirements of the current Title IX regulations for an Informal Resolution Facilitator. During this training, we will explore the benefits, challenges, and best practices for managing informal resolutions on your campus. In addition to presentation-style learning, you will also have the opportunity to practice serving in this role in real-time and receive live feedback from Title IX Informal Resolution Facilitator and Trainer, Laura Anthony. Participants will walk away with the practical tools needed to serve neutrally as an Information Resolution Facilitator and assist in resolution of sexual harassment matters.

Level 2 Title IX Investigator Training

Dates: Thursday, August 14, 2025 – Friday, August 15, 2025

Level 2 Title IX Advisor Training

Dates: Tuesday, August 19, 2025 – Wednesday, August 20, 2025
Time: 2:00 - 5:00 PM ET (both days)

Title IX Advisors play a crucial role in the Title IX process on campus. This virtual, interactive training covers components necessary to serve as an institution-appointed Advisor in a Title IX hearing. As an institution-appointed Advisor, you will learn Title IX fundamentals, how to identify credibility disputes, the role of the Hearing Officer in this process, and practical cross-examination skills necessary for a successful informal hearing.
