Join Title IX Attorneys Kylie Stryffeler of Bricker Graydon Wyatt, and Rebecca Leitman Veidlinger as they host a new Title IX training series designed specifically for Michigan higher education institutions. With years of experience working on issues of Title IX and sexual misconduct for numerous institutions in Michigan, Rebecca and Kylie bring hands-on, practical guidance for navigating intricacies of the Title IX regulations. Throughout this four-part series, they will tackle some of the common pitfalls and key risk areas seen in Title IX matters, highlight recent Michigan and 6th Circuit case law, and explore Michigan-specific reporting requirements. In addition, this series offers interactive opportunities to help coordinators and investigators conduct effective intakes, draft strong notices of investigation to drive quality investigations, and explore best practices for interviews and report drafting.
