Bricker & Eckler elects new partner

The law firm of Bricker & Eckler LLP recently elected Benjamin Hyden as partner of the firm.

Based in the firm's Cincinnati office, Benjamin B. Hyden is a member of Bricker’s Construction Law group. A civil engineering graduate of the University of Kentucky, Ben worked with major construction firms before attending Northern Kentucky University’s Salmon P. Chase College of Law. He integrates his engineering experience to his law practice, which focuses on representing public works clients; drafting contract documents; responding to bid disputes; addressing construction defects; and pursuing claims that arise from construction projects. Ben also represents businesses and political subdivisions in complex zoning, land use and land development issues and appears before planning, development and zoning commissions in zoning, variance and related public service matters. Ben is admitted to practice in both Ohio and Kentucky.
