The Spring issue of Buckeye Osteopathic Physician features Anne Marie Sferra's analysis and amicus briefs filed in the Ohio Supreme Court. Sferra crafted all of the amicus briefs discussed in the article on behalf of the American Osteopathic Association, American Hospital Association and the American Medical Association.

"The Supreme Court has ruled on the side of tort and civil reform in almost all of these cases," said Sferra. "We will continue to watch for legal challenges to laws important to the medical community."
