Craig Marvinney appointed to the Board of Directors of the Defense Research Institute

Cleveland-based litigation attorney Craig Marvinney, is appointed to the Board of Directors of the Defense Research Institute. Craig, also currently the President-Elect of the Federation of Defense & Corporate Counsel, will help to further the mission of DRI as Lawyers Representing Business. The DRI is noted as the largest international membership organization of attorneys defending the interests of business and individuals in civil litigation. It is a vigorous association of lawyers and others that exemplifies "The Voice of the Defense Bar."  In his position with the FDCC and adjunct to his work with the DRI, Craig is also a member of the American Board of Trial Advocates Roundtable, consisting of the leaders of the trial bars of the United States in promoting the collective Plaintiff and Defense trial bars’ interests before the United States Congress and the U.S. federal court system.
 
Craig Marvinney is a highly regarded trial attorney who offers decades of first-chair experience in jury and bench litigation, appellate practice, administrative hearings, mediations and arbitrations. He focuses on businesses and commercial enterprises, cybersecurity and cyber-law compliance, intellectual property, insurance coverage, product liability, and pharmaceutical and medical devices.  He is currently in his tenth three-year term as a federal mediator and arbitrator before the United States District Court for the Northern District of Ohio.
