David Lampe joins local law firm

West Chester, Ohio...David Lampe has joined the law firm of Bricker & Eckler LLP as a member of the Education Practice Group.

A partner in the Bricker & Eckler Education group, Lampe practices education, labor and employment law. His practice emphasizes the representation of public school districts and educational service centers on matters involving education law; public sector labor law; collective bargaining; grievance arbitration; unfair labor practice charges; employment law; harassment; discrimination and misconduct investigations; policy development; student matters; litigation and workers’ compensation.

A guest lecturer at Xavier University’s Masters in Education program, Lampe earned his undergraduate degree from the University of Cincinnati in 1997. He is a graduate of the University of Oxford’s Comparative Law Program and earned his law degree from The Ohio State University in 2000.
