Knight gives comment regarding 2U acquisition

An article recently published by The Chronicle titled, “An Overseas Ed-Tech Firm Wants to Buy 2U. What Could That Mean for Colleges?” discusses the challenges being faced at the acquisition of 2U, one of the largest online-program managers in the US, by India-based ed-tech behemoth Byju’s. Speaking on the agreements colleges hold with 2U, Bricker Lawyer Jeff Knight notes, “[h]ow easy it would be for disenchanted colleges to modify or terminate their agreements with a company like 2U is very case-dependent.”
