Matthew Gurbach Appointed Vice Chair of OSBA Litigation Section

Bricker Graydon is thrilled to highlight the recent appointment of Matthew D. Gurbach as the Vice-Chair of the Ohio State Bar Association’s (OSBA) Litigation Section Council.  His tenure as a leader of the Section, responsible for offering legal education, networking opportunities, and various resources to around 3,000 litigators across Ohio, began in September 2023. Matthew is a versatile trial attorney known for his representation of individuals and corporations in high-stakes litigation involving trade secret misappropriation, intellectual property disputes, business torts, non-compete agreements, contract breaches, and product liability claims.  He has successfully litigated cases in venues throughout the United States.
