Nick Reis Joins Bricker & Eckler

COLUMBUS, Ohio, Sept. 5, 2013 – Nick Reis has joined Bricker & Eckler as an attorney in the firm’s Real Estate group. He comes to the firm with a solid background in real estate law having practiced at a boutique firm focusing on all areas of commercial real estate and related transactions.

Nick’s practice focuses on real property sales and acquisitions, commercial leasing, zoning and annexation, commercial and residential development, purchase and sale of company interests and assets, and borrower and lender representation in construction financing. He counsels business owners, entrepreneurs, residential and commercial real estate developers, financial institutions and commercial landlords and tenants on matters related to real estate.

Nick is a graduate of The Ohio State University Moritz College of Law, where he served as a senior editor of I/S: A Journal of Law and Policy for the Information Society. He also holds a Bachelor’s degree in Preprofessional Studies from the University of Notre Dame. Nick is a member of the American Bar Association, Columbus Bar Association and the Ohio State Bar Association.
