Thomas Sant receives honorary Doctor of Laws degree from Kenyon College

Bricker & Eckler attorney Thomas Sant received an honorary Doctor of Laws degree from Kenyon College during its 2013 Honors Day on April 9. Honors Day recognizes alumni and others in the College family who have achieved distinction in their chosen fields.

A former assistant director of legal operations and former director of special investigations for the Ohio Bureau of Workers' Compensation, Tom is a member of the Bricker & Eckler Employment & Labor group and chairs the Workers' Compensation group. He has dedicated his career to defending workers' compensation claims on behalf of employers and business associations.

A 1965 graduate of Kenyon College, Tom has a long history of service to Kenyon College. He is a current member (and past chair) of the Philander Chase Corporation Board of Directors, and has served on the Kenyon College Board of Trustees, chaired the Curriculum and Faculty Committee, and led the Kenyon College Alumni Association.
