Williams named Bricker & Eckler administrative partner

COLUMBUS … Bricker & Eckler LLP is pleased to announce the appointment of Faith M. Williams to the position of Administrative Partner. Williams succeeds Kurtis A. Tunnell, who served in the same position the last two years. Tunnell was recently elected as Managing Partner of the firm.

Williams also serves as Bricker & Eckler’s Diversity Partner, and chairs the firm’s Diversity Committee. Williams served as a member of Bricker & Eckler’s Executive Committee from 2006 to 2010, and has held several other leadership positions within the firm. 

As a member of the firm’s “Counsel for Boards and Executives" and the Government Relations and Financial Institutions practice groups, Williams serves a diverse mix of clients. She represents insurance companies on various legal, regulatory and legislative matters; represents corporate clients and insurance trade associations before the Ohio General Assembly and the executive branch of State government; and provides counsel to companies, their boards and their executives.

Active in a variety of organizations, Williams is President and Board Chair of the Federation of Regulatory Counsel and a member of the Association of Life Insurance Counsel. Williams serves on the Board of Directors for the Furniture Bank of Central Ohio and is a member of the Dublin A.M. Rotary Club. 

Williams earned her undergraduate degree, with honors from American University. She earned her law degree, cum laude, from Georgetown University Law Center.
