Bricker Graydon Attorneys Honored by Pro Bono Partnership of Ohio

Bricker Graydon is proud to announce that Cathy Dunlay has been named the 2024 Law Firm Attorney of the Year by the Pro Bono Partnership of Ohio (PBPO). Cathy was recognized for her exceptional commitment to providing pro bono legal services to nonprofits and for her steadfast dedication to strengthening our communities through service.

In celebration of its 10th anniversary, PBPO also announced the establishment of its Hall of Fame, honoring volunteers who have contributed over 100 hours of pro bono service since the organization’s founding. Bricker Graydon is pleased to share that both Cathy Dunlay and Scott Wick were inducted as inaugural Hall of Fame members, highlighting their long-standing support and meaningful impact in the nonprofit legal community.

In 2024, PBPO and its network of volunteer attorneys completed 499 legal projects for 201 nonprofit organizations, providing an estimated $2.1 million in free legal services. The organization reported a 30% increase in completed projects over the previous year, underscoring the growing need for legal guidance as nonprofits navigate an increasingly complex environment.
