Bricker Graydon Elects Christopher L. McCloskey as Next Managing Partner

Bricker Graydon LLP is proud to announce the election of Christopher L. McCloskey as the firm’s next Managing Partner, effective July 1, 2025. He succeeds James F. Flynn, who has held the position since January 2018 and has been instrumental in steering the firm through a period of strategic growth and transformation.

A respected leader within the firm and across the legal community, McCloskey most recently served as the head of Bricker Graydon’s Public Sector Industry Group. He brings deep institutional knowledge and a collaborative leadership style shaped by nearly 20 years at the firm. Throughout his tenure, he has played a key role in advancing client service, mentoring attorneys, and helping to expand the firm’s footprint and capabilities.

As Managing Partner, McCloskey will lead the firm in advancing the goals outlined in its long-term strategic plan, with a focus on thoughtful growth, developing top legal talent, and finding new ways to deliver practical, forward-thinking solutions to clients. His leadership will help ensure Bricker Graydon continues to strengthen its industry groups, invest in its people and capabilities, and remain responsive to the changing needs of clients and communities alike.

Flynn will remain with the firm and return his full focus to client service, particularly through his leadership of the Health Care Practice Group.
