Bricker Graydon Welcomes Andrea Musker to Growing Health Care Team

Bricker Graydon is pleased to welcome Andrea Musker as the newest addition to our Health Care practice group.

Andrea is a seasoned transactional and regulatory attorney who helps health care organization’s structure deals and stay compliant with complex federal and state regulations. Her approach combines practical legal insight with a deep understanding of how business and compliance intersect in the health care sector.

Utilizing her prior experience both in private practice and in-house, Andrea advises a wide array of clients — including hospitals, physician groups, telehealth companies, ambulatory surgery centers, FQHCs, and management services organizations — through mergers, acquisitions, joint ventures, reorganizations, and operational matters. She brings particular experience guiding telemedicine and digital health clients as they expand across state lines, and she regularly assists surgery centers with syndications and joint ventures.
