Bricker Graydon Welcomes Former Judge Leslie Ghiz to Labor & Employment Team

CINCINNATI, OH (July 2, 2025) - Bricker Graydon is proud to welcome Leslie Ghiz to its growing Labor & Employment team. A seasoned attorney, former judge, and public servant, Leslie brings more than two decades of experience navigating complex workplace issues in both the public and private sectors.

Leslie focuses her practice on labor and employment law, internal investigations, and high-stakes workplace matters. She advises clients on a wide array of issues, including employee discipline, policy development, collective bargaining, and employment litigation. Her extensive experience includes defending claims involving the FMLA, ADA, ADEA, FLSA, ERISA, Title IX, and EEOC matters.

Prior to joining Bricker Graydon, Leslie served as a Judge on the Hamilton County Court of Common Pleas for over a decade, where she presided over complex civil litigation, including employment and contract disputes. Her judicial experience enhances her ability to craft litigation strategies and guide clients through all stages of dispute resolution.

Leslie also brings a unique public service perspective to her practice, having served three terms on Cincinnati City Council. Her background in government and public policy bolsters her ability to help clients align legal strategy with organizational goals.
