Bricker Graydon partner and Cincinnati Market Leader Kent Wellington has been named to the 2025 Cincinnati 300, Cincinnati Magazine’s annual list recognizing the region’s most influential business leaders. Kent, a tenured attorney of Cincinnati-based Graydon, Head & Ritchey, which joined forces with Columbus-based Bricker Graydon through a merger in 2023, has since served on the firm’s executive committee, previously chaired its litigation group, and continued to build a practice focused on litigation, labor and employment matters, and advising start-ups. Originally from Wooster, Ohio, he is known across the firm and the region for his steady leadership and talent for developing strong teams.
