Bricker Graydon maintains a significant national practice in insurance and financial products litigation. Our litigation team represents insurance companies in lawsuits throughout the United States in matters including bad faith, breach of contract, agent disputes, insurance product litigation, carrier-on-carrier disputes, coverage disputes, coverage opinions, and appeals. We represent life, health, and disability insurers, as well as property and casualty insurers. On broader industry issues, we regularly file amicus curiae briefs for insurers and insurance associations in state and federal court.
