Olivia Holbrook is an experienced attorney who primarily represents political subdivisions in all areas of public sector law. She is particularly experienced in litigation proceedings as well as in employment and labor law.

Highly experienced in civil litigation and trial preparation, Olivia serves as an advocate to her public and private clients, assisting with litigation strategy and management, responding to and drafting discovery, and performing legal research and documentation.  Olivia engages in general law director work for a number of local government clients, including attending or advising on local government matters addressed at legislative and administrative meetings and hearings, and providing legal services for both zoning related issues and real estate transactional deals (purchase and sale agreement, easement agreements, lease agreements, etc.). She has also handled various labor and employment matters, including Equal Employment Opportunity Commission (EEOC) defense, for both private sector clients and political subdivisions.
