She helps clients navigate the intersection of business goals and regulatory requirements, with experience spanning entity formation, acquisitions, operational structuring, and federal and state health care law compliance.

Andrea advises hospitals, physician groups, health care districts, IPAs, telehealth companies, surgery centers, management services organizations, FQHCs, nonprofit organizations, dentists, med spas, and ancillary service providers. Her transactional work includes mergers, acquisitions, joint ventures, reorganizations, and financing. She also counsels clients on corporate practice of medicine issues, supervision of midlevel providers, informed consent, physician dispensing, and payment arrangements.
