Andrew Benedejcic is a member of our firm’s Energy group. Andrew brings a strong foundation in real estate and title law, with a focus on complex property issues, title review, survey analysis, and high-value transactions. He previously acted as underwriting counsel for a national title insurance company, advising Ohio title agencies on both commercial and residential real estate matters. His work includes providing legal guidance on lien priority, mineral rights, foreclosure, and title marketability, as well as approving multimillion-dollar policy transactions. Andrew is a licensed Ohio Title Insurance Agent and remains active in trade associations by delivering continuing education seminars frequently on title related issues.

Andrew enjoys spending time outdoors—whether it’s hiking, kayaking, fishing, or skiing. He’s passionate about music and often unwinds by discovering new artists or playing his guitar. A dedicated fan of college football and basketball, Andrew also follows Cleveland sports year-round. He’s an avid rare bourbon collector and enjoys exploring unique bottles and distilleries in his free time.
