Overview

Christina resides and works remotely from her home office in Findlay, Ohio, and represents both public and private entities in the Northwest Ohio region and throughout the state of Ohio. She can be reached in Findlay at (567) 201-9790.

With more than 20 years of legal experience, Christina advises companies of all sizes and financial institutions across multiple disciplines assisting with their transactional and litigation needs. She also actively represents public sector entities, including public school districts, municipalities, and port authorities. Christina leverages the time she spent teaching in the classroom, serving as Kenton City Schools district’s Career Readiness Advisor, and involvement in economic workforce development networks in Northwest Ohio to actively foster and maintain relationships in the region. In addition, she stays afoot on education issues by maintaining her Ohio Teacher’s and Principal’s licenses.

Christina’s broad practice encompasses everything from corporate entity formation, Construction Procurement, contract negotiation, contract drafting and compliance review, labor and employment, risk management, mergers and asset acquisitions, and tax considerations to wind-up and succession planning. She serves as outside general counsel to firm clients in support of their day-to-day and strategic, long-term business operations. Christina also advises boards on legal issues and how to avoid common governance pitfalls. Her litigation defense background provides a keen eye for drafting, negotiating, and reviewing contracts, such as operating, lending, MOUs, and purchase and sales agreements, regardless of industry or size/manner of transaction.

Christina currently serves as Chair of the firm’s Food & Beverage Group as well as on the Northwest Ohio Practice Group. She also has experience serving on the following non-profit, community boards and volunteering in these organizations: Findlay Rotary Club, Hardin County Bar Association (President) 2014–Present; Findlay Service League (Parliamentarian, Secretary), 2018-Present; Women L.E.A.D., Professional Women’s Leadership Organization of Hardin County Chamber & Business Alliance, (Founder, President) 2015–2019. HCCBA Women’s Leadership Award, 2018; Kenton Elementary School Parent Teacher Organization (Communications, Secretary), 2014–2016; and Junior League of San Diego, Community Council Director; Nominating Chair; Project Development and Evaluation Chair; Kids in the Kitchen Event Committee Chair, 2006-2014, (Leadership Award, 2010; President’s Cup, 2008).

Christina earned a B.A. in International Relations and Spanish from Mount Holyoke College and J.D. from U.C. Davis School of Law. She is licensed to practice law in Ohio, California, and Washington, D.C. Christina resides in Findlay, Ohio with her husband, two boys, and Golden Retriever named “Buckeye.”
