Overview
Emily Dilloway is a K-12 Education attorney based in our Columbus office. Emily's practice is centered on providing comprehensive counsel to school districts on a wide range of labor and employment issues, including compliance with ADA, FMLA, FLSA, and navigating collective bargaining agreements.
Before joining Bricker Graydon, Emily honed her legal expertise as an associate attorney at a Columbus-based firm, representing clients before key agencies such as the EEOC, NLRB, and SERB.
Emily's diverse background includes law clerk positions in both the public and private sectors, where she developed a robust skill set in labor and employment litigation, workers’ compensation, and legal drafting. While attending Capital University Law School, she served as the Business Publishing Editor for Capital University Law Review, Director of Public Relations for the Women’s Law Association and Co-President of the First-Generation Law Students. Earlier in her career, she supported attorney professional development and marketing initiatives at two Ohio-based law firms, including an internship at Bricker Graydon.
Emily's commitment to excellence and hands-on experience make her a valuable asset to Bricker Graydon’s Education Practice Group. She leverages her strong reading and writing skills, empathy, and relationship building skills to be trusted advisor to our clients.

Outside The Office
When she’s not working, Emily enjoys spending time with friends and her rescue dog, Maple. She is also dedicated to giving back to her community and enjoys finding time to volunteer with Central Ohio Big Brothers Big Sisters as a ‘big’/mentor.
