Jenae Allert is a member of Bricker Graydon’s Energy & Regulated Industries group, bringing decades of experience in oil, gas, and renewable energy law. She has spent her career advising energy producers and developers on regulatory compliance, title and land matters, and transactional issues. Her work has included representing clients in unitization applications, handling appeals before regulatory commissions, and supporting mergers, acquisitions, and financing transactions for energy projects.
In addition to her regulatory and transactional experience, Jenae has led teams focused on title administration, land use strategy, and process improvements to enhance efficiency in energy operations. She has also played a key role in legislative developments affecting the industry and is or has in the past been actively involved in professional organizations, including the Ohio Oil & Gas Association’s Land Committee, the Ohio State Bar Association, the Institute for Energy Law, the American Association of Professional Landmen, and the Women’s Energy Network.
