Jerad Lillegard is a seasoned construction professional with nearly 20 years of experience delivering complex projects and guiding owners through every stage of development.

Jerad Lillegard joins the firm’s Construction Practice Group as an Owner’s Representative, bringing nearly two decades of experience managing large-scale construction and infrastructure projects for both public and private sector clients. His background includes oversight of multi-million-dollar capital projects, tenant improvements, HVAC and MEP systems, site development, underground infrastructure, and energy efficiency initiatives. With extensive experience in both new construction and renovation, Jerad has guided projects from pre-bond planning and design management through construction, commissioning, and completion.

In addition to his project management expertise, Jerad has served in senior leadership roles where he helped shape business growth strategies, developed operational processes, and mentored team members. He has a proven track record of delivering projects on time and within budget while fostering collaboration among stakeholders. Jerad’s combination of technical knowledge, leadership experience, and client-focused approach positions him to effectively represent owners and help ensure the successful delivery of complex construction projects.
