Overview

Justin Precht is a partner in the Firm’s Trusts & Estates Practice Group, where his practice focuses on estate planning, asset protection, income and estate tax planning, probate avoidance, charitable planning, business succession, and probate, estate, and trust administration.

Prior to joining Bricker Graydon, Justin worked at a Cincinnati-based law firm where he helped individuals and families create tailored estate plans to meet their needs.  He also provided counsel to individual and professional fiduciaries on probate and trust administration issues.  Justin’s goal is to develop practical, individualized strategies for each and every client.

Justin earned his JD from the University of Cincinnati College of Law and Bachelor's from Miami University. Justin lives in Oakley with his wife, Allie, and his two daughters.  He enjoys spending time with his family, traveling, trying new restaurants, attending concerts, and reading.
