Kaeleigh Birckelbaw brings extensive experience in higher education, with a background supporting university and K-12 students, staff, and faculty across multiple large institutions. A former student-athlete, she has served in key compliance and leadership roles, including Assistant Director and Deputy Title IX Coordinator, where she drafted Title IX and ADA policies and procedures and ensured alignment with federal civil rights requirements.

Kaeleigh has significant experience evaluating employee accommodation requests under the ADA, conducting investigations, and drafting fact findings in matters involving discrimination, harassment, and sexual misconduct. She has also trained campus stakeholders on policy, procedure, and compliance responsibilities.

As an Associate Equal Opportunity and Title IX Officer on a Health Sciences Center campus, Kaeleigh partnered closely with HR business partners, senior leadership, legal counsel, colleges, and provosts to address complex faculty, staff, and student issues. In that role, she led civil rights investigations and departmental administrative reviews, providing guidance and solutions that advanced equity and compliance within the academic community.
