Kristin Porter is an Education Information Specialist. She focuses on special education and civil rights compliance and litigation, including records management and analysis, litigation and complaint defense preparation related to OCR, due process, Common Pleas and federal litigation complaints. She is also experienced in assisting with response to public and education records requests, including document review, redaction of confidential or privileged information, and more. Preparing a variety of presentations related to these topics, Kristin performs research, develops materials such as handouts and PowerPoints, and makes use of innovative presentation techniques and communication tools.
