Kyle Waldner is an attorney based in the firm’s Columbus office, where his practice focuses on real estate and transactional matters. He represents clients in a variety of commercial real estate transactions, including retail leasing, property acquisitions and dispositions, and related due diligence.

Kyle has experience supporting both landlords and tenants across a national portfolio, drafting and negotiating leases, amendments, estoppels, and SNDAs, and advising clients on their rights and obligations under existing agreements. He also assists clients with the purchase and sale of commercial properties, including preparing transaction documents, coordinating closings, and reviewing title reports and surveys to identify and resolve potential issues.
