Overview
Mariam is an attorney in Bricker Graydon’s Health Care practice group in downtown Columbus. She brings a dynamic perspective to her work, complemented by her dedication to community service and passion for advocacy.
Mariam represents health care clients across a broad spectrum of regulatory, governance, and transactional matters. She also serves as a hearing representative for health care systems before the Ohio Unemployment Compensation Review Commission, advising on investigations and employment matters. Mariam also has experience assisting higher education clients with Title IX investigations and civil rights matters, approaching every case with thoughtfulness and strategic insight.
Before joining Bricker Graydon as an attorney, Mariam was a 2022 summer associate for the firm. She also previously served as a judicial intern for Judge Brian Edwards in the Jefferson County Circuit Court, where she developed a strong foundation in trial procedures and judicial decision-making, and as a legal intern for the American Civil Liberties Union (ACLU) of Indiana.
Mariam is Fluent in Fulani (Futa Toro dialect) and enjoys learning French and spending time with loved ones in her free time.
