As an attorney in the firm’s estate planning group and a Certified Specialist in Estate Planning, Trust, and Probate Law, Megan brings a calm, clear, and deeply personalized approach to helping clients protect what matters most.
Known for her ability to make complex legal strategies accessible, Megan works closely with clients to design plans that reflect their values and anticipate their needs. Whether preparing for retirement, caring for a loved one with special needs, or ensuring a smooth transition of a family business, she helps clients feel confident and informed every step of the way. Her work includes revocable and irrevocable trusts, as well as advanced planning tools such as SLATs, ILITs, and special needs trusts. She also partners with wealth advisors, CPAs, and other professionals to ensure each piece of the plan works in harmony.
Before focusing exclusively on estate planning, Megan gained experience in real estate, probate, and litigation support. This diverse background allows her to anticipate challenges and offer thoughtful, strategic solutions. Today, she leads with empathy, clarity, and a genuine commitment to building long-term relationships with the individuals and families she serves.

Outside The Office
Megan can usually be found outside when the temperature is below 85 degrees. She uses landscaping and gardening as creative outlets, and hiking or caving to enjoy the great outdoors. Now that Megan is back in the Greater Cincinnati Area for work, you may catch her climbing at Rock Quest on random weeknights.
Megan believes in giving back to places and people that have had a positive impact on her and her loved ones. Each year, Megan chairs a Halloween Fundraiser for the Great Saltpetre Cave Preserve (“GSP”) in Livingston, Kentucky. She sits as the Social Events Coordinator for the GSP Management Committee and also chaired the 2022 and 2025 Karst-O-Rama fundraiser. Megan was recently elected as Treasurer for the Dayton Underground Grotto (“DUG”), which is her local chapter of the National Speleological Society.
